  • EXTRUSION : 500-600 Kgs/hour of POLYPROPYLENE TAPES of various weights & strengths.
  • LOOMS : Circular looms to produce fabric of any width & weight.
  • BELT WEAVING : 13 Needle looms & 1 machine for dustproof making.
  • LAMINATION : Up to 225Cm Lamination 15 GSM to 45 GSM.
  • FABRIC CUTTING : 5 Nos. of cutting accurate cutting machine with webliner.
  • BELT CUTTING : We have two belt/webbing cutting machine.
  • PRINTING : 3 Automatic & 2 normal machines (operated by the operator).

CLEAN ROOM FACILITY : We produce FIBC from state-of-the-art clean room facility to fulfil the requirement of customers. Our facility is well integrated from TAPE stage to packing with highly maintained hygienic conditions. Which adheres to global standards such as ISO 9001:2015. We have implemented HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) in its cleanroom facility to ensure optimum safety.

TESTING LAB : We have equipment’s to check the breaking strengths of tape and also ultraviolet testing of tapes. The other types of test are Elongation testing, UV testing, GSM, Strength testing. We have in place procedure to check out each stage.
